Sear and Roebuck Model 200 20ga

A co-worker of mine has a Sears and Roebuck Model 200 pump action 20ga that she she's trying to sell for $200. It has a wooden stock and pump, really nice condition. Is this a good price? Too high? Too low. I'm not interested in buying it, but I would like to make sure it's a fair price.

It's a little high for "what it's worth" but I think it's a gettable price considering the time of year.

IMHO, she might need to be prepared to go down to $150 unless she finds someone who "just has to have it".
