Here is one source http://www.claytargetsonline.com/ and you didn't specify what you wanted to shoot, some places are better than others in certain disciplines, and ASC is the only public range I know of there.

Pecan Meadows would be good if you are on the W/NW side.

1. ASC, Westhimer and 6. West side of town. Public
2. West Side Shooting Gounds, near Katy Private
3. Greater Houston Gun Club, South West, McHard Road Private
4. HotWells, North West @ 290 and about 6 Public
5. Carter's Country, North Treshwig Road and Cypress Wood Dr. Public
6. Pecan Meadows is EAST of Houston, at Hardin, Texas. FM 1960 to Liberty--look up directions on thier website.
