I have a Browning 12 gauge automatic with 26" barrel, a Stoeger 12 gauge Coach Gun and a Winchester .30-30 Trapper and was thinking of either buying a handgun to go with my existing long guns or a pump shotgun. Any opinions on which might be best and why?

Since you already have several long guns, why not get a hand gun? Perhaps a rim fire. Cheap to shoot.

When anyone asks me on advice on buying a gun, the two questions I ask them right off the bat are

1) How much money do you want to spend?

2) What do you want the gun to do?
