I've got a couple of friends who have slings on their shotguns but of course they can't remember what brand they are. They don't attach with swivels, they attach directly to the barrel and then loop around the stock. You can carry your shotgun slung something like you would with a tactical sling on an AR. If you are walking a lot over rough ground it seems to help the fatigue. Anybody here seen a sling like that or have another suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestions, I checked them out and they aren't what I'm looking for. I'm going to keep searching and if I find what I'm looking for I'll post a review.

This is an interesting search. I looked at my friend's sling yesterday. It has what appears to be a rubber or nylon clip that attaches over the barrel, attached to that is a plastic sling swivel. The only sign of a name is "Quake" on the sling swivel.

I checked their website but I don't see a sling on there that looks like this one. They do show a plastic sling swivel. I e mailed them about the sling but I suspect that they swivels were made by them and the rest of the sling by someone else.

This is interesting, even if I didn't want the sling now I want to find out who built it.
