Pretty typical this time of year for such delays in my experience no matter who you buy from.

 

Been a Shyda's customer from before the Internet.
Never had a issue with them.

 

I was just at Shydas today picking up primers and powder. I never had problems there, they are always very helpful with questions and help carrying stuff out to the car.

 

Shydas is the most customer friendly & helpful sporting goods store I have been going to for a while. They come to you and ask can I help you or show you something, other places not so much

 

I have been a customer of Shyda's for many years an have always walked away with pleasant experience.
Today is no exception, I just got a call from them (0930) informing me that my product will arrive at my doorsteps today.

When I asked if they were experiencing a backlog he explained no and the culprit was a government agency responsible for postal type of transactions.

What great customer service !!!

 

Another thumbs up for Shyda's -- always a good experience - never had a problem.
Have to think the OP's issue was an isolated 'hickup'. Hope all is resolved soon.
