Take a kid shooting... no wait... introduce a non-shooter... no wait... give a friend a NRA membership... no wait... Oh heck, just do something.

Well last night, the wife & I plus several other family members were over at my brother-inlaws for a small get together type dinner. He had talked to me about a single shot bolt action .22 rifle not firing. Well after I got home I worked on it past midnight. Found the problem & got it to working. I need to do a complete breakdown & clean the action. I'll do that sometime this week. His dad had given him this rifle back in the 50's & was his first firearm. I started the New Year with a good deed & did it as the New Year was ushered in.
