I suspected this all along, but this week I got my hands on a Fox Sterlingworth in 12 ***** with a stock (cracked I might add) that is 1 7/8 to the comb and 3 1/2 drop to the heel....NOW THATSA MY KIND OF STOCK.
Why on earth did they ever drop this style of stock. You just stand there and bring the stock up to the face, neck up, and it fits right in there...talk about perfect.
Rollin have you got your ears on. Why did they quit making this stock with a 3.5 inch drop to heel?
