A friend of mine is interested in buying a new 2000. On gunbroker some are listed at $350.00. The cheapest up here is $450.00. Are the guns on gunbroker the newest models? Just wondering if anybody knows. Thank you for any information you can give me..

Don't forget that the Stoeger 2000 beat the socks off the Franchi I-12 in Gun Tests Magazines comparison testing for reliability. The I-12 is pretnear the same gun with a little spit and polish put to it. Also, the I-12 has the shims, etc.,
