Just received and unboxed my latest SxS a TriStar Bristol in 410 gauge. Really like the look and feel of firearm, but was quickly disappointed when I went to shoot it and it wouldn't fire. Appears the firing pins are not going to the cock position. Have a 16 gauge in same gun and it works as it should. Has anyone seen this problem ?

They claim Tristar has good customer service.

Are you breaking the gun open FULLY? If so, and the HAMMERS still aren't being retained in the "full cocked" position, then I suggest that you remove the buttstock and clean the inner workings with mineral spirits or kerosene. Then lubricate the metal parts after the cleaning.

Then reassemble and try shooting the gun again. Let us know how it goes.
