Where do you shot sporting clays in the Twin Cities area? Is a membership required (cost) and what does a round cost?

Thanks, Randy

Two places that are pretty good.
1. Minnesota Horse and hunt club in Prior lake. That is not too far from where you are.

2/ Metro Gun club in Blaine. 5 stand. V ery friendly club with lots of games including a duck tower. http://www.metrogunclub.com/

Neither place is really expensive. both have memberships and you can just shoot as a non member and pay a little more.

Enjoy, Merry Christmas.

and on the East side of the cities there is the Oakdale gun club (they open for non-members in June) and South St Paul shotgun. There is also one in Hugo.

A bit of an old thread, but new sporting clays shooter here. I've searched extensively...and so far came across a few in the southern Twin Cities area.

Horse and Hunt Club in Prior Lake is great, very laid-back.

Minneapolis Gun Club. http://mplsgunclub.com/

South St. Paul Rod & Gun Club: http://sspgunclub.com/

Dakota Gun Club has an all-area facility...but membership required. http://www.dakotacountygunclub.org/

Suburban Sportsman Club, Inc has public Thursday right now for $5 for Trap. Membership required for other things. http://www.suburbansportsmanclubmn.com/
