type of chokes on model 11

i inherited an old model 11 12ga from a family member and was wondering if anyone know what type of choke it has

I have a 1927 Model 11 in 12 gauge that has the choke marked on the left side of the barrel, just above the fore-end against the receiver...

Mine is a 28" MOD barrel...
