My son took the LX 507 to a gunsmith at a Ft. Worth area gun club. the smith said there was no way to push the release lever hard enough to damage anything - took a magnet/probe & mashed around on the little button on the back of the reciever that was out of kilter, & everything popped back into place. I guess the hard pressure on the release lever just pulled that button back far enough into the hole that it got caught a little crosswise. We're both relieved.

:?: I've e-mailed to [email protected] about this and about the occasional double fire (3 out of the first 200 rounds) I'm having with my LX504, and haven't gotten an answer. Is he still servicing Verona's?
