Trigger group will not come out of receiver - 1st. time to pull trigger group for cleaning (gun is new but has been shot 3 boxes).

I have another Urika 2 where the trigger group came out ok. the first time but this one will just not come out regardless of how much pressure is applied.

Your thougths on a remedy?

Try holding down the bolt release button while giving it a quick yank.

Worc - thanks tried that to no avail. It comes out about 3/8" and that's as far as it goes.

Problem solved - padded vise and a real good yank.

I know the problem is solved but here's a trick for the future. Drift out the retaining pin, press the bolt release, and push the trigger group with the palm of your hand forward, away from the stock. Then rotate down and out. The trigger group doesn't come straight out because there is a locating stud on the back of it. You need to rotate it out of the receiver.
