my father has a Remington model 11, 12 ***** shotgun.
checking the Remington web sight I have found the serial

the gun is in GREAT shape it has been locked away for at least 35 years in its leather(?) case.

Standard grade model 11's go for $200 to $300 in Arizona. Unless it a high grade or rare versions or has a vent rib barrel that is about it on value. Like all old guns condition and rarity is everything.

A vent-rib is a raised siteing plain that extends all the way down the barrel and has space between it and the barrel at regular intervels.
