Verona LX-502 (3" Chamber)

I have found a used Verona LX-502 that appears to be in good condition. They are asking $700 for it, along with 5 choke tubes and a case (not sure what type). I believe these originally sold for around $600 years ago.

Does anyone have an opinion on the value of this gun? This would be my first O/U.

I bought one new a few years back for around $600. Good gun for the $. First make sure it fits you, that's number 1 in my opinion. If it fits then $700 is reasonable for one in good condition with 5 chokes and a case. If it doesn't fit you well, keep looking.

Thanks for that feedback. I haven't had the chance to shoulder that specific model to determine if it fits me, so that is a great suggestion.

I have a LX-501 28 gauge that I just bought (about 200 rounds through it by me). I really like to gun swings great. Fits me well too although I may raise the comb a little.

A little patience is going to pay off. I was able to negotiate down to $550, inclusive of shipping. Hoping to receive it by the end of this week after all the FFL processing is done. Thanks for the feedback provided!

Next on the list will be a proper case and a reloader!!
