I recently bought a Verona LX503 from Gander Mt. It didn't come with an owners manual. When I questioned the salesman he claimed they didn't come with them. His claim was that the week before someone was in to buy one and asked the same thing, where it was. He claimes to have opened 6 different boxes and none had manuals either. How can I get one? Any thougts would be helpfull I haven't had luck getting to Veronas web page by linking from different sites. Again any information would be helpfull

Looks like the PMC/BC outdoors sites Verona section is out of service for now. There should be an address on the gun barrel that you can write to and they have to send you an owners manual. OR contact the PMC/BC folks and see what they can do.

My LX504 from Cabela's came with an owners manual w/ the explanation of warranty (lifetime) and also a registration card. BC Outdoors is the US distributor and can be found at the website listed previously or write to:

I wouldn't trust a thing from the guys at the gun counter at Gander. They don't know jack about this product. I called several their stores in the Minneapolis area last week to see if they carried spare choke tubes for the Veronas. None of them even knew the chokes were proprietary (Verona interchokes). One said "I think the Beretta tubes will fit" and another had no idea.

Thanks for the help, I am suppose to be getting one in the mail, but did't know anything about a warranty card. I will have to check into that. Thanks again

Make sure you register it with BC Outdoors because the Verona has a full lifetime warranty against everything except neglect. Make sure you photocopy the card for your records as proof.
