When private equity groups ( investors) start these type of offers/bids it “ain’t gonna be” a good deal for any of us.

I worked for Cerberus owned Albertsons LLC for over 10 years when they acquired us as our Execs put us in play. We made them Billions of dollars running the retail stores successfully. Right now if you watch the Kroger/Albertsons attempted merger that’s Cerberus wanting to cash out. Have tons of value, time to buy something else (cheap) , as they used to say!!
