Hi guys. New user here. I am a big seller of gun parts and reloading goodies on Ebay and other places.

I ran into a stock that has me stumped. Came from an estate of a closed gun shop owner.

THis is a thicker stock--gotta be for a shotgun. But I've never seen the mount area so I don;t have a clue what this fits. Any ideas?? Buttplate says WINCHESTER and is the older type.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello ricketts: Judging by the butt plate style and wrist front, it's for a late field grade Md 50 or Md 59 shotgun.

Well Ole Cowboy if you ever gave a complete answer, I wouldn't have to clarify.

Since the Md 50 came in Field, Trap, Skeet, and Pigeon grades, you failed to inform ricketts, which type of Md 50 it may be for. Nor did you mention the vintage, much less that it would or could be for a Md 59!

When a person wants to know something they deserve a COMPLETE answer, No Kidding
