Uhhh... usually the embedded ads you see in forums are based on what google has found your clicks amd interests to be... my ads are all duck paintings and rainbows. You shouldn't "out yourself" like that...

If its an ad in the side bar I do not want a screen shot or link as I can do nothing about those.
If its a link or picture that a member posts in one of his posts I can fix that.

Are we sure it’s based in what you’ve searched? The only reason I’m asking is I can see a golf ad right now but I’m fairly confident I’ve never searched anything golf related in my life.

Currently I see ads for a vacuum, Glock and knee brace

 

Use an Ad Blocker and you will not see any of this crap; I use BitDefender VPN; it has to connect after I connect to the web BEFORE ANY site will be allowed to open; helps prevent some of this stuff you are experiencing

I think I clicked on a Taylor Swift swimsuit ad once and now I get others like it, but the one I clicked on was a fake. Never got to see her in her swimsuit or I didn't click enough.

 

Back when SGW changed owners and the site format, I actually read the new terms and conditions and somewhere in all the fine print and legalese, it said that SGW tracks the site we come from before logging onto SGW and the site we go to when we leave.

Soooo, if you were maybe doing some shopping for your wife or girlfriend for a special occasion before or after going on SGW, you now may have a "history" of an interest in lingerie or bikinis or __ . You do the math.
