I was just able to purchase a very nice all original Model 12 16 ga. It has a 30 inch barrel and is full choke. It's a field grade, no rib. It was manufactured in 1937.

I have heard that the 30 inch barrel is not common on the 16 ga. Is this correct?

Thanks.

Thanks Ole Cowboy. It would have been really nice if it had been a 26" Imp. Cyl. But, this one was so nice I just couldn't pass it up. Buy the way, I have never run across a 16 ga with an Imp. Cyl. barrel for sale in a lot of years of gun shows and gun shops. Are they that uncommon?
