you're in luck, my dad has the same weapon and i was just tinkering around with it today to figure out how it goes together and now i'm out looking to see how much this nice shotgun is worth and came across this board.
anyway, hopefully yours is in the same condition as my dad's: two peices, the trigger, chamber and buttstock in one and the barrel and tube magazine in the other, if not the next paragraph may be completely useless to you.
i found that first you must push the slide full forward along with the tube magazine it surrounds so that the action slide (#25) is flush with the rear of the reciever extension (#8). you then insert the apparatus that includes ever peice forward of part #5 into the reciever (#1), but you must do this at a 45 degree angle or so so that you will be able to screw it into place in a counter-clockwise motion just as putting on a bottle cap. once you get it completely aligned you then slide the action slide handle (#28) into the the reciever then the magazine tube into the bottom portion of the reciever. you may have to fiddle with it a bit to go in, but it works the same way the barrel does. once you get it into place there is a pin at the end of the magazine tube what looks like #19 on your diagram that slides back and forth that locks the tube into place; it should be so that the magazine tube cannot be twisted clock-wize.
i hope this is will help you on the action slide but i'm not sure about the bolt. i do know that the bolt has to go into the reciever before you can do what i just illistrated above.
