hi , i am new to this forum but i have a really minty pair or winchester model 50,s in both 12 and 20 gauge. my question is concerning the 20 gauge. when i shoot it i can really hear the spring in the stock, its pretty loud and i was wondering if there was anything i could do to quiet this noise, other then that it fires flawlessly and ejects the shell husks at a reasionable distance, this was my fathers fav shotgun and i cant bear to destroy it by shooting it when there might be a problem, please anyone out there know what i can do about the noise, could it be an adjustmant problem or perhaps excessive wear on some of the parts, i will add that it did not get very much use over the past 30 years. thanks for any replys, Ed
