Finally shot the SX-2 with a Kick-eez pad in place ; daylight and dark recoil consequences compared to the OEM pad which resembles a Hogue pad .

The gun (except for the 28" barrel) is all I expected and hoped for . At 6 1/2 # it is a good 1 1/2# less than my SX-1s which may be too light for some shooters especially trap lovers and it may be too whippy for SC shooters --- 'cause it does swing easily .

If there is any disappointment it is with a typical factory trigger
that just doesn't match the trigger in an SX-1 --especially a really nice 3rd stage trigger -- although I have a couple of 1st stage triggers that are just as good .

All in all , I'm gonna like this gun -- now, I have to decide how to provide for back-up ; obviously whole gun is nice but expensive . I may have to un-load (PI) some SX-1s.

If anyone has any specific questions feel free to ask , here or by "PM".
