Well, I'm off to the gun club tonight to hunt raccoons/oppossums/skunks using a rabbit distress call and the spoiled leftovers from last week's gun club meeting. It has been a very effective set-up in the past. I have never left the woods empty handed doing it that way, but since we got our first snowfall today, I don't know how tonight will fair. It's calm now, but I still don't know how it will work. Taking my trusty 870 12 gauge and Remington shotshells. I wish more people would shoot these critters. They kill all kinds of livestock (pheasants, chickens, hatchlings, etc...) I ran a big raccoon over with the truck last week. A big one too.....Oh well, wish me luck and I'll post the results when I get back later tonight. -Matt Latham
