go to their website, you can get it there along with all of the last two years worth of recipes. Didn't see the show but most of the recipes I have seen on the show look good!!

 

Do you have a link for their site. When I go to the site it only has 2 recipes one for quail and something else. I don't see a list of recipes

I went from memory with some improvisation.

Breast the birds
Soak overnight in brine,
Dredge in blend of Italian bread crumbs, flour, herbs, and Parm. cheese
Saute in skillet until golden brown (about 5 minutes)
Bake in 350 deg oven for about 30 min.

Absolutely awesome.
