I do not recall a prefit pad for any of the CZ shotguns, you will have to buy a grind to fit pad for it. They are not difficult to put on.

I never did find a pad which fit out of the box on my Canvasback, but grinding a pad to fit was pretty simple if you have a belt sander and are willing to make a couple jigs. viewtopic.php?p=3147257#p3147257

 

I love the leatherman pads from accu-riser. Measure the length of the butt before you order a size. They are great on the phone if you need assistance. Do not store the gun with it on though.
