I did a google search on load data for the Federal Premium Tactical Slug, ribbed, blue in color hulls and read a few people comment that you use the Federal Gold Medal Plastic hulls recipes.

Has anyone loaded these with slugs using the Federal Gold Medal Plastic hull recipes?

I shoot at a LE range and these hulls are for the taken.

I load these all the time with Lee slugs and .69 RB, roll crimped with Fed GM data. They work fine for me! The local Police Dept. uses our range for qualification once a year, so I get a bunch of these when they're done. They do have a fiber base wad, so they are really more like a Top Gun hull for reloading, but they are shorter (2.5") and roll-crimped from the factory. If you roll crimp, these are a great find!

The funny thing about the ones I have is that they say 2-3/4" 70 mm right on the side of the hull, but they are very definitely 2-1/2" long. I guess they want to reassure everyone that they are "normal" length, even though they're roll crimped. Some of the Euro buckshot loads are roll crimped 2-3/4 shells, and everyone is always commenting that they are longer than normal (since the roll crimp doesn't take up as much material as a fold crimp.) In any case, these are roll crimped, as you'd expect with a factory slug load, so they're nice to roll crimp on reloading---no need to trim or try to recondition the folded parts. The look especially slick with a clear overshot disk.

Went ahead and loaded a few LEE 1oz slugs using the Hodgdon Load data for for the Federal GM Plastic Hulls. Here is the data

Hodgdon Clays CCI 209 WAA12SL 19.6 7,100 PSI 1,180
Hodgdon Clays CCI 209 WAA12SL 20.2 8,100 PSI 1,235 - Used This Load
Hodgdon Clays CCI 209 WAA12SL 20.9 9,200 PSI 1,290
Hodgdon Clays CCI 209 WAA12SL 22.0 10,200 PSI 1,345

Instead of the WAA12SL I used the CB1100-12
I also used a 1/8" 16ga Card Wad cut down to .100± under the slug

Here is the results:
