Am I posting this in the wrong section because of it being a coach gun? Figured it involved a weapon light so,......

 

There isn't a mount on the market currently. You could bolt a piece of rail to the wood forend though, and there is always hose clamps.

 

you could drill and tap the bottom rib just in front of the fore-end and install a short section of that gawd awfull rail for a light mount.

 

I could've swore I saw a "mountable" piece of rail just for what I've described for Pop, but can't for the life of me remember where.

Maybe I was just mistaken again. I search and troll the web for soo much stuff when I get on a little researching binge, it's like overload.

He might be able to mount a 1" tube light beneath one of the barrels with this. It's designed to clamp onto the barrel and mag tube, but if the barrel and light are the right size...

I saw where some company at the SHOT Show unveiled a device to fit over a bouble barrel that does just what you want. Sorry I can't remember where I saw it.

 

I wonder if something like this could adapted to your SXS? The ad mentions an adapter for a double. Shot in the dark, but just trying to help.

Yeah, I've seen the photo of Clint with his double barrel and considering some of the good ol'boys in my area, the duct tape would probably be more than acceptable! :roll:

The Ebay auction is interesting, but the rail on top sucks. I think that would make the bead on the end of the barrel disappear.

 

Stoeger does this on their Double Defense with a rail mounted under the barrels.

I thought the same thing. I was mostly posting in jest, though it would "work".

 

I like the surefire E-2 held on woth 90 mph tape.
