I know there is an identification and value thread, but the gun I have is reasonably unique. I have had someone tell me they are interested in purchasing my Krieghoff Model 32 with San Remo engraving. The gun has gold enhancement done by Bill Main. 30" choke tube barrels. Full set of Briley sub gauge tubes. Wenig custom stock. Serial number 59XX. Gun is probably 95% or better. Wondering if I can get comments on realistic market value. Full set of titanium choke tubes. Americase. Recent annual by Krieghoff in Ottsville.

I can provide additional detailed pictures to help with understanding what I have.

Thanks in advance.

Questions were asked and pictures requested.

San Remo Serial #59XX. Extensive gold inlays by Bill Main. Custom stock by Wenig. 30" choke tube ported barrels. Kolar best tubes ( I misspoke about Briley). Americase. Krieghoff annual 18 months ago.

I will try to give you an approximate value, since I have no interest:
Standard San Remo receiver and iron $4000
Bill Mains upgrade/w BT top latch $4000
K80 barrel with Kolar tubes/case $3500
Wenig wood $2500

I think I would be close if you stripped the gun down and sold in pieces as the prices I have posted. So, you would be somewhere in the $12,500-$14,000 range.

A few years ago, Southwest Shooters Supply had a similar San Remo for sale, with Gold Added. Except, they were listing it as a Crown Grade. I finally called them and told them it wasn't a Crown, rather a San Remo with added gold, and they eventually changed the listing to reflect as such. It took them a while to unload it, and I think they had it priced around $10K.

I remember that, John, and that you called them on it. I think they finally started calling it a "Super San Remo", a term they made up.
The line engraving on the right side of this gun looks very uneven. Maybe it is just the camera. Otherwise, it is significant enough to be distracting to some degree.

Based on a couple of previous sales that I’ve seen in the past few years of Crown Grade guns with similar engraving I think that it might fetch $20K from the right buyer

+1 for Checking with Robert Paxton. My first "K" Gun was a 4 barrel San Remo Grade K-32 that I bought new from Beaverkill Sports Outfitters, when they had the store in West Nyack an the Thunder Mountain Range in Ringwood, New Jersey. Broke a loft of 25s with that 26" barreled gun.
