I have a new in the Green Remington case Matched pair of 870 shotguns 28 and 410 gauge skeet. Perfect condition unfired, and including Green case. Manufactured in 1969. What are they worth in todays market? thanks

I have a matched pair 28/410 set on the 1100 model. There were less of the 870 sets made than the 1100. The used 1100 sets are bringing around $3000 if in nice condition. Yours being the 870, unfired and with the hard cases certainly drives that price up. I have never seen a 870 set and only seen 3 of the 1100 sets. Main times the sets get broken up and sold individually (what a shame).

I would say $3,000-$4,000 auction price on Gunbroker if they are in mint condition and the serial numbers match. Sub gauge Wingmasters were hot last month on GB and bringing around $2,000 auction prices but they have cooled off a bit lately and are in the $1,500 final auction price range currently. I have been following 28 gauge and .410 Wingmaster prices recently because I wanted to purchase a nice 28 gauge to shoot. I found one locally in mint condition from the turn of the century for $1,800 private sale. He wasn't going to budge a nickel from his asking price and I was not leaving the parking lot without that Wingmaster.

Yes, we would love to see pictures of them. That would help tremendously.
