Mossberg 500 receiver filler/plug screws (removed rail)

Hello all. I just picked up a newer Mossberg 500 with a rail mounted on the receiver. I removed the rail and would like to plug the holes. Is calling Mossberg my best bet for getting the necessary filler screws to plug the holes in the receiver?

Whoever mounts scopes locally will have a supply of filler screws they've removed when mounting the scopes. They'll likely give you or charge a very small amount for the filler screws you need. Ordering something like that online would cost many times more in shipping than the screws are worth.

IIRC, factory tapped Mossberg 500s use 8-40 screws.
