I have a 590A1 w/ 18.5" barrel and I'd like to replace the mag tube with an extended one so it ends up flush with the barrel. I can get a longer tube from Brownells but it will need to be shortened & re-threaded - Can anyone suggest someone to do the work? Thanks in advance!

I have a 2 round extension on mine that goes flush to the end of the barrel. MAX100 on this sight makes them. Top notch. He will even make you one 1/10" shorter for use with a sling plate(so it still is flush to the end of the barrel).
MAX100 made me a magazine extension for my M-835 that has an 18.5" barrel. He does an outstanding job! The mag tubes are very well made and work great!

Here is pic of mine:

Mag tubes don't use conventional cut threads - Its more like a roll thread and some machine could do it but its really a job for a "shotgun gunsmith"
I don't know about Mossberg because I have never owned one, but Ithaca, Winchester and Remington all have square threads that are machined in to the tube. I have re machined these threads on more than one occasion.

Fixed it for ya. :)

no, it is a square thread, not an Acme.. The Acme thread has a 29° thread angle and square threads have no thread angle.
