New Condor owner and a range report

I picked up a Condor in 12ga for $300 out the door last week. It had been used for a single box of shells. The fit and finish was very good for a $300 gun. The action was tight and the wood looked very nice.

Any way, I took it out to the local trap club and shot through a box of shells. All I can say is, "WOW!!" It points great, hits where I aim, and doesn't look too bad doing it. Probably one of the best decisions I've ever made! :D

Thanks for a good review. The Condor will outlast the average shooter that hunts frequently and shoots clays occasionally. It is a great gun for the money.

For a heavy duty shooter or a competition shooter, they can afford the heavy duty guns. For the average shotgunner, the Condor is all they will ever need.

Welcome to SGW!

You have a gun that a lot of people rip and tear down on paper. But, by golly, they are tough and will do for most people that shoots a case or two of loads a year.

Thanks for the review. You didn't go wrong with a Condor.

Does your gun have ejectors or extractors? I am planning on getting one, but I really want ejectors if possible. Thanks for the report, it has further solidified my faith in the Stoeger brand!
Mine has extractors, not ejectors. I prefer the extractors, actually. I shoot ~200 rounds a week - all at once on Saturday. Because I'm doing clay work and have a shell/hull pouch, the extractors allow me to pull out the spent shells and put them directly into the hull pouch. I hate having to pick up spent shells off the ground!
