Well, I voted for Kamala and I would have at least tried to help you out if you could not return the gun, which is the best option. We try to be friendly to each other around here, because we all like shotguns and politics is not friendly.

Although scary at first, working on a trigger group, once you do one it's not so bad.

The first thing, remove the trigger group. It looks like removing one pin will do it.

The schematic is here:

Lower the hammer, holding it with your palm. Don't let the hammer snap down when not in the gun! Try the safety button in BOTH positions.. hammer up and hammer down. Use a penetrating oil, gentle taps, see if there is corrosion of the safety pin back and forth

Look! The safety is a simple little bar that slides back and forth with a spring loaded detent thingy... spray that detent with PB blaster, wait, then wiggle the detent up and down with a screwdriver blade. If that is jammed in place, it could be your problem.

Taking things apart past that increases the stress level! But if you go for it, I work inside a big trash bag, so that if spring-loaded parts go flying, they are contained in the bag.

Your decision to return to the seller is probably the best option unless you're comfortable home gunsmithing.

As you learned, a warranty only lasts as long as the importer.

Yep, it sounds like you are on your own. I found this info online. It's about a year old. Don't know if it's good, but you might try them.

Dan's Sporting Goods in Apollo, PA handles warranty work for Panzer Arms, not sure if they can help 724-727-2648

Either or tried everything without taking it apart since it's still new in the box, so I decided to send it back from where I bought it for the refund. Since Panzer Arms USA is now permanently closed. Have found emails of people can't get a hold of customer service and can't get parts. Not gonna waste my time with Panzer shutting down. Was a mistake to purchase this item.

I know I am getting to the party a little late but this post was finally brought to our attention for the political comments.
I am amazed at the lack of member support in this regard. This is our site and ours alone to keep within the rules.

I wouldn’t worry about it, the OP cried about it, made a scene and wasn’t interested in anyone’s advice.. Seems like you did a bit more homework and at least posted that the company is still open.. 👍
