The grip is a Pachmayr Vindicator. I have owned a set in the past and would recommend them. Obviously, the factory set is not modified for quick removal/installation like the MCS. It also appears that the MCS unit has an added QD sling stud. The stud could be easily added to a factory unit using and Uncle Mike's machine screw QD stud.

Are you kidding? The Pachmayr Vindicator is the best pistol grip ever!!
