Luckily I think theyll be OK for Skeet. But might hold out for something better

 

I think that they're OK for 16 yard Trap, too.
It's not the shells that cause my misses.

 

Some times it's the gravitational waves from some pulsar, or wind or a dragonfly got in the way or the damn bird ducked. There's lots of reasons for missing.

 

Most shells out perform most shooters. Unless you are at the top in your game it makes little to no difference.

 

Couple of years ago I tried some in a Beretta 391. Broke targets well buttttt, gummed up the action to the point it noticeably slowed down within a couple hundred shells.

 

Same experience here. Also really dirty barrels in my O/U.

Dirty unburnt powder like Agulias or something else?

 

Ran some through my 870 a while ago with no issues. Haven't run them in my other guns but that's because I just haven't run into them since.

I'd take them over Winchester Super X any day. Good load, any miss was my own fault.

 

You betcha I've had problems! Had 5 squib loads out of one box. Before I'd gone very far in the 2nd box ( about 6 shells in) I had 2 more! Anyone else have these problems?

 

2 cases of 20 ga Nobel and no issues in 2 O/U, 1 SA and 2 pumps.

 

Okay. This is 16 ga. "Hunting" loads ...1.5 ounce #6 hard shot, low brass blue hulls. I've never seen anything like 'em. A couple didn't even punch the wad out...

 

I would not shoot them in a pump or SA. Too easy to mess up especially if others are shooting at the same time.

 

I'm just a little up in the air as to what could cause such a thing. Shot thru a Remington model 58 and ll they did was go "PSST" I coulg see the shot string nd it wasn't impressive. Did I get some vet old stuff?

 

Might be telling to cut a few open. What did the stuck wads look like...in particular the over powder cup? Did they look twisted, cracked or perforated? Maybe weight several of the charges if you have powder scales.

 

Good idea. I'll dig them out of the trash and have a go at them. Let you know what I find ... if I can find them again.

 

We were able to get a hundred or so cases of 12 and 20 ga at the club over the last few months. Have not heard or seen any issues with either ga.

I’ve shot 12Ga 1 and 1-1/8 oz. 20 ga 8 and 9 shot.
The only issue I had was one shell had the primer pushed in off center and ended up with a pierced primer.

 

Shot a flat last weekend. Worked just fine. No complaints

 

A friend found a bunch of NobelSports. My wife and I have shot several flats of 1 ounce 1250 fps. CG Summit and Blaser F3. No problems and I didn’t find them to be particularly dirty.

 

I bought a flat of the 12 ga 1 ounce low recoil loads to shoot in pump guns. In one 870 they stick in the chamber pretty bad. I think it is more of an issue with that gun. I have had trouble with shells sticking in a couple different brands of shell in a couple different guns and it is always with shells that have the silver steel heads on them. Shells that have brass plated heads have never given me any issues.

 

I shot a box last week as a test for our local club owner. These were the 1oz 1200 FPS "orange hull" loads in 7-½. Good: they broke targets just fine, as good as any other good load. Bad: for whatever reason, they recoil about like a typical 1oz 1300.

 

They do seem to run a bit hotter than stated.

 

Hows the recoil on those 1oz 1250s?

 

I find the recoil quite mild. Seems a little less harsh than the Fiocchi Shooting Dynamics.

I've shot multiple cases of 1oz and 1 1/8 oz 1200 and 1300. Only issue is the 1 1/8 1200s havent cycled well in my A400. 1 iz 1300 not a problem.

 

THEY GO BANG! WORK FINE. ANY PORT IN A STORM.

 

Shot a round of Sporting Clays with 20 gauge O/U Beretta last weekend using Noble Sport 1275 fps 7/8 oz #8. Shot as well as the 1 oz reloads I load using Longshot and cleaner shooting.

 

I shot them for awhile and liked them. Had a guy tell me they smell bad...I did not feel that way but to each there own. I found them to be a good shell with no problems and light recoil.

 

I found them terribly dirty. Will always buy other shells given the choice.
