No first hand experience since I do not carry a shotgun for breaching or with a pack for hunting but check out Beez Combat Systems and Eberlestock. This is not airsoft gear so you will pay accordingly. Both will modify their products to suit your shotgun configuration.

 

The Beez Combat Systems scabbard is the bees knees and should meet your requirements. Email them and ask about the side saddle if you will and let us know how they respond.

 

I have an Eberlestock A2SS rifle scabbard that is 7 1/4" wide and 34" long.

It is a three-panel design and easily accommodates my Remington 1100 with a 4-shell sidesaddle on the left side, a combat charging handle on the right and a 20" barrel with Trijicon rifle sights. The 1100 also has an extended magazine tube and a Fenix TK-10 light in a CDM Mod-C light clamp near the end of the barrel and it still fits in the scabbard. It looks like ghost rings would fit fine too.

(I can't use it for this shotgun though because I have a Mesa Tactical Urbino stock on the 1100, and the scabbard will not accommodate the pistol grip, but it is perfect for my plain stock 870 Police with the 14" Dlask barrel.)
