I bought a used Pro, that is several years old. The gun has shot perfectly and has a feeling of exceptional quality. The machining of the lock up is well done. Has anyone have had repairs done to their gun? Where have you bought parts like a firing pins? What gunsmith would you send the gun to? Can all Perazzi parts be substituted to repair our guns?

I'm guessing the war in the Ukraine has disrupted normal Yildiz operations.

Scrolling through the Prostar website, I found this:
" Our barrels can be fitted to Perazzis as well "

There is a wide disparity in price and most certainly quality between the Yildiz Pros and the Yildiz coming out of Academy. As I stated in another thread here, the higher quality Yildiz guns are having their reputations tainted by guns selling for a little over $500.00 at a box store.

I have not heard of anyone with a ProStar problem so far. I too purchased my ProStar used. I only shoot mine occasionally. Too many shotguns.

Around the same time that I purchase my ProStar, I was also experimenting with semiautomatics. Because is soaks up recoil the A400 Cole Pro Parallel Target is now my main competition gun.
