I just bought a CZ Redhead 20 gauge and everyone at the skeet range
said it is much too short for me (6 foot 4" frame).
Where can I purchase spacers and a thick recoil pad to lengthen the stock
on a CZ Redhead 20 gauge? Thanks.

Brownells and Midway sell all the recoil pads and spacers you'll ever need, but don't expect to find pre-fit pads and spacers for your CZ Redhead. What I do to fit a LOP for a customer is use cardboard and masking tape to add length to the gun until the length of pull gives a knuckle to nose distance of 1" to 1 1/2" and feels good to the shooter when mounting the gun. That is the desired LOP and I'll attain that dimension by using a grind to fit pad and appropriate spacer epoxied to the pad before grinding to fit. If pitch changes are required because of the shooter's build, tapered spacers are available to facilitate those changes. This vintage A H Fox 16 ga required a tapered space and a 1" Pachmayer SC-100 pad to fit properly without cutting the stock.

I bought a limbsaver slip on pad which will add about an inch.
Classic Slip-On Recoil Pad
$47 which includes shipping to Montana.

I can fit shopmade plywood spacer shims in the pad and no one will see them.

For a 20 gauge CZ Redhead stock the butt dimension is 5.01" by 1.6"
so a classic slip on part#10547 up to 5.125" by 1.75" should work.

I use a slip-on Limbsaver or similar until I get a chance to fit a spacer. I buy the blank spacers from Kick-Eeze, I believe.
I just bought a CZ .410 and, like you, I'm tall and need a bit more LOP. My project today is to cut out and fit a spacer.

By the way... I contacted CZ to see if they had any pre-fit pads. Nope. There may be aftermarket recoil pads that are thicker and will fit properly without grinding. You have to trace your buttstock, then download templates from Kick-Eeze or Limbsaver to see if one of their 1" or 1-1/8" thick pads will fit you gun.

I also ordered 2 spacers for $30 for my Citori.
For my CZ Redhead since there will be a slip-on pad, I plan to cut plywood spacers as no one will see them.

at 6'4", you will want to find someone to help you fit your gun then have a pad and shims custom ground to your gun. Not every gunsmith knows how to fit you, but every fitter knows someone that can grind you a pad. Every shotgun you buy is going to need the LOP increased, so make friends!

There are not any pre-fit pads for the CZ and people complain about the fit of anything except plastic stocked guns as they are only good on average.

I just put a pad on one of my shotguns 3 days ago. If you have a bench mounted belt sander this is an easy and safe home job with a good new 80 grit belt and a recoil pad fitting fixture ($55 from Midway.) It took me about an hour, lots of that was set-up and checking my measurements 7 times before grinding. A gunsmith should be able to do it about half that time. I am 5'7" so I am cutting hardwood off my stocks which is a lot worse than adding a pad!

There is a good video of Larry Potterfield doing it on the Midway Youtube channel. As usual, Larry makes it look easy and I felt I needed 3 hands to adjust the jig... but eventually got it worked out. If you're a woodworker you'd enjoy doing it yourself.

Depending on how much LOP increase you need, you might want to do a hardwood spacer then a recoil pad.

New pads are about $35 and gunsmith shop time about $60 for a simple install. Fitting might cost you more.

Get a LOP spacer from sps and learn a skill by fitting it and a grind to fit recoil pad. This is what I'll be doing on a couple of my guns. Figure I need to learn to do it myself. No one local does it and why pay hundreds of dollars to let someone else do something when I could learn a skill myself. Then I can help someone else with my gained experience.

so a classic slip on part#10547 up to 5.125" by 1.75" fit perfectly:

That lengthened the stock so there are 3 fingers spacing now.
I taped a soda straw on the rib, closed my eyes and quickly mounted the shotgun.
Opened my eyes and was looking straight through the straw to the bead.
Repeated several times, and each time got a perfect alignment thru the straw to the bead.
